This is an interesting cloth, it is made from very narrow strips of handspun cotton cloth, the strips measure 2" wide and indicate considerable age, despite this they have been sewn together with a sewing machine. This is an Ndop cloth, it is Made by binding the design with stitches using plant fiber, then immersing in a vat of indigo. In used condition, with  holes, repairs and loose seams. Measures 34" by 67".
