these bura "phalluses" were buried with the head pointing upwards towards the sky. Often, when these kind of pieces are excavated, the tops are severely damaged, this example is in relatively good shape with the cracks located in the middle and base. The raised design on this piece is especially well done. Cracks on the sides and repair on the base-look at bottom right photo. Leans a bit  over to one side.  Measures 17" tall.
